Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement with our terms and conditions.

Office hours 9am until 5.00pm, check in available after hours. Our managers are onsite and available throughout the day, call the office number on 03 5952 2548 for any queries.

Changes, Cancellations and Covid Policy

The following policy includes but not limited to all covid related events, isolation, exposure sites, sickness, bad weather and change of plans.

Peak times will require payment 14 days (Motor GP period 30 days) prior to arrival, and this will be non refundable if cancelled within the 14 days of arrival.

Non peak times require payment 2 days prior to arrival, and this will be non refundable if cancelled within the 2 days of arrival.

Peak Period: 20th dec - 31 jan, all school holidays, long weekends and special event weekends.

Non Refundable Bookings

Non refundable bookings are non refundable, and charged the total price at the time of booking. Unfortunately we do not accept any changes to non refundable bookings.

No refunds will be given for early departures or cancellation once arrived. In case of a no show all monies will be forfeit.

Client account balances will expire after 6 months of not using the funds. Please make sure you have used the amounts within a 6 month period if you do have any funds in your client account.

One car per site in the park, all other cars will need to be parked in the street. Please do not bring boats, jet skis or trailers unless you are happy to park in the street. Amaroo Park does not have room within the park to have more than 1 car per site booked.

We reserve the right to refuse entry into Amaroo Park. A full refund will be given under these circumstances.

Charging Electric Car

There are two charging stations in cowes, located at 64 Chapel Street and 164 Church Street. Please do not charge electric cars on site. There will be a $55 charge if you use the electricity to charge your car.

Pets

Guests bringing pets to Amaroo Park must notify us in advance of their arrival. We will arrange pet-friendly accommodation for your stay. Please note that a one-time cleaning fee of $55 will be charged for the duration of your stay.

Any guest who brings a pet without prior notice will incur a $100 charge.

Visitors are to register & pay on arrival. Including annuals with visitors.

Bad Behaviour All noise audible to adjoining sites must cease by 10.00pm. No drunken behavior, eviction may occur if you are upsetting other guests.

Rubbish to be placed in row 2 (bin allocation) provided by caravan park. Do not leave rubbish behind on site, or in accommodation. Please place in the bins provided at the dumpster area row 2.

Washing Clothes Laundry hours are between 8.am & 8pm. Washing powder is available from the office for $1.00 per sachet. (enough for 1 wash)Washing of dishes etc. is to be done in your own van. No washing of dog blankets in the washing and drying machines.

Amenities Showers & toilets are cleaned between 10-11am. Adults must accompany children under 12 years.

Games Room/BBQ are available for all guest use. Supervision is required for young children.

Fires  No fires at all in the park. BBQ's can be used, however not on total fire bans.

Damage Willful & accidental damage to park property may result in the offender paying for damages and /or be evicted from the park. Damage caused by sub-standard or faulty equipment (e.g. power leads & appliances) the site holder will be required to pay.

Personal Belongings Personal property is the owners responsibility. Lock up your property when the site is unoccupied. Management takes no responsibility for theft or damage of your property. Tenants property, Caravans, Cars & tents are left at the owner's risk.

Injury Amaroo Park is not liable for any injuries that occur on the premises.

American Express/Amex, Diners cards or cheques are not accepted at Amaroo Park

  • We do not allow open fires within the park. Or BBQs including webers.

  • Boats, jet ski, trailers are not to enter the park. Please find alternative parking for these.

  • One car per camp site or villa.

  • All accommodation is NON SMOKING

  • Guests are reminded that you are liable for any additional charges that may apply if cabins are left in an unacceptable condition and that all damages must be paid for. An extra cleaning fee may be charged of up to $300 if the villas are left unreasonable.

  • Speed limit throughout the park is WALKING PACE ONLY

  • Lost keys a fee of $60 will be charged.

  • Your villas will not be serviced during your stay.

  • Bedding is supplied to all booked beds, and number of guests registered. Bunk beds are not made.

  • Late check out is $50 up to 12.00pm, subject to availability.

  • We do not guarantee specific sites or rooms.

  • Tents, caravan sites must stay in their boundries.

  • Visitors must register at the office and pay visitor fees when using the facilities. $20 per day per person.

  • Noise must be kept to a minimum while in the park and cease by 10.00 pm.

  • Wifi is available in most of the park areas, and is free, however we do not guarantee the wifi is working at all times, especially during busy periods.

  • Guests agree that all information is true and correct, including the number of guests staying.

  • A map of the park including emergency evacuation procedures is in your villa. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your parties are aware of this important information.

  • Amaroo Park may take photos occasionally for promotional materials and social media, please let staff know if you do not want to be included in any photos.

Pool

Our pool opening hours is subject to our cleaning protocol. Generally it is open from 9.30 till 7pm from september to april. It is solar heated and outdoors. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervision is the responsibility of an adult. No glass, or pets are allowed in the pool area. Blow up toys must not be put into the pool, as children are unable to be seen. We do not have a life guard on site and hold no responsibility. Our pool is closed in winter from the end of may to end of August.

Bikes

Helmets must be worn at all times. ​Children MUST be supervised by a parent/adult. Parents are fully responsible for any damage or injury. No riding in the dark. Children must stay close to the parent/adult at all times. No riding in the carpark, or near the office. Walking speed limit only.

Children must be supervised at all times by an adult or parent. And obey the rules of Amaroo Park.

Management reserves the right to evict any person contravening these Rules & Conditions, Council By-laws, Caravan Park & Removable Dwellings Regulations or disrupting the harmonious running of this business or causing grievance to the staff, managers or owners of this business. The management reserves the right to increase site fees or change these rules and regulations without notification. The management has the right to refuse site usage or entry to any person.

Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Amaroo Park respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Amaroo Park will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our website, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms. You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, address and email address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your product or service order. We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support. Amaroo Park collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you. Amaroo Park may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. By providing us with personal information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the types of disclosure covered by this Policy. Amaroo Park is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
